Re: bbw order THANK YOU SO MUCH! I really do love your company. I have been ordering worms for
a while now. I searched the net quickly the first time-ordered enough to keep a fish alive as well as put some in a new garden
we had just started. Next order, I had time to search a bit...and found you! I don't think I will EVER use another company.
Your worms are much more vigorous and lively! Your prompt shipping and outstanding communication/customer service are added
bonuses that will definitely keep me from looking any further! Thanks again so much! Take Care and keep
up the AWESOME job!! I'm
happy to have started your day off on a good note! YES, you may absolutely use my words! Trust me, if I ever stumble
across anyone looking for worms, I will send them your way!!! ******************************************************************************* Hi, just wanted to let you know that I received all the worms in excellent
shape! None died and they seem to be acclimating well in the compost bin. I was worried of having them shipped to Michigan
in the winter but they made it perfectly with excellent packaging. I had a question though, how do I tell the difference
between the red worms vs. africans? Since they were bed run they all are similar in size and it would be nice
to know the difference. Do you know the approximate ratio of the ones you sent me? Also I split the worms in
half, one in each bin. One bin I had used old potting soil from the summer time, is this ok or do you recommend I replace
it with newspaper/peat moss mixture since it might be more decomposed already?
Feel free to use this in the testimonials
and if you want I would be happy to write a better one :)

Mike & Dee, I am EXTREMELY impressed! Worms arrived today - the Thursday after being shipped on
Monday. From Florida to Talkeetna, Alaska!
They are healthy and happy and already wiggling around in
the compost bin eating up our winter digestibles. Thank you --- and the pen was a very nice additional touch of
actually caring about your customers. It's comforting to know that small business service is still alive and well.

Hi Mike & Dee, We received our worms yesterday. They are all very strong. Like what
you said on your website, we noticed that your 5 lbs. of worms has more than anybody else's that we had purchased in
the past. Thank you so much for your honesty! We will definitely order from you again, if we ever need
to buy more in the future. Once again, thank you. Have a blessed day! Best regards, Chi

Hello. My name is Chris Greer. Today I received my order
of worms (2 lbs. of Eisenias) that I recently ordered from your company. I just want to say that I am extremely impressed
with your company. 2 days ago, I received an e-mail from your company saying that my order had been shipped out, and today
I received my worms. Also, I was also impressed with the quality of worms I received. These worms were a lot bigger that the
ones that I recently ordered from another company. After doing some research about that company, I found out that they do
not come highly recommended with orders, quality of worms, or customer service. That is why I decided to try business with
your company, and boy am I glad I did. Not only did I get bigger worms, and faster delivery, but you also send 2 papers with
advice on how to properly raise and care for worms. I will certainly be doing business with you again, soon. Before I go,
I would like to ask a question. If this worm bin goes well, I would like to start another bin of worms, only this time with
African Nightcrawlers. After some research, I discovered that the African Nightcrawler is supposed to produce as much, if
not more, worm casting. Can you verify if this is correct? Also, if I do decide to start a bin of Africans, can I raise them
the same way as Eisenias, or do they require another method? Any help would be appreciated. Again, thanks for the great service.
I will certainly be doing business with you again, and I will certainly tell all my friends about your company.
(HI Chris, to answer your questions, the African
castings are superior and you can raise them the same way you raise Eisenias.) D:) You made my day, can I put your wonderful words
on our web site! D:)
Dee, Feel free to use
my e-mail for your site. I hope I produce worms as good as yours, eventually. John Hi Dee, Loved the worms. The garden mix has been great at composting.
I had one worm-tastrophy when I followed the composters directions that said "let the worms acclimate a day
before feeding". The bottom tray fed on the top tray, the top tray worms went a'lookin for food. Had a few dead
ones in the AM. Your shipment was tooo good for my composter, heh heh. They arrived healthy and wiggling.
I like the vertical composter for fishing worms, but I have decided to set up a bedrun of the garden mix as I have a
lawn care product using worms in mind. So send some more of your wonderful worms. I put in for another 5lbs.
Thanks, John Borrelli

& Mike, Have spent the last two days pouring through blogs and worm forums trying to get an understanding of
what the heck was going on with this crazy "lady". On behalf of those of us who have enjoyed great service
from you, I almost feel like I need to apologize for her behavior. I suppose some people just don't understand the
tight profit margins business owners are operating under today. I have had some small success selling castings over the
Internet, but it's not like I could give up my day job at this point. Much as I would like to! Just wanted to throw my
two cents in and let you know that people like her are in the minority. I will continue to be a customer of yours and
will also continue to recommend you when people ask for reliable worm sellers. My worms are still plugging along and
now that warmer weather is here, I hope to see them take off. Hope the rest of your year is less stressful and that
most of the crazy people will find someone else to bother. Best of luck for the
remaining year. Buddy ---------------------------------------------------------------- ----- Original Message ----- Sent: Thursday, April 02, 2009 4:14 PM Subject:Re:

Mike
and Dee, The worms showed up this evening and were fine. I have them in their new home and they all burrowed
under. Thanks so much for the email and I will spread the word to my friends. The mail lady just had to know
what I was getting from a Company that had a name Rabbits Etc. and Best buy worms. I told her it was baby bunnies and
her mouth flew wide open. Then I showed her the worms and she wants to get some for her husband to be. So you
never know where and how the word gets around. Thought you might get a kick out of that one. Very Satisfied

I purchased from you are starting to eat me out of house and home. I have been raising EFs for the past few years and was
used to their feeding schedules. I think the ANCs are eating twice as much as their EF cousins. Guess I will need to make
more trips to the horse stables across the river in order to keep up with them. Can't complain though. The more they consume
the more castings I end up with.
Thanks a million for the help, Buddy BourneSent: Sunday, September 07, 2008 12:14 PM Subject:Re: african nite crawlers

We received our worms on Friday 5/16 and they were in good shape. The next morning we had lost a few, and
several were limp and lifeless... but by Sunday, after they had settled in and had a bite to eat, they were all looking really
good.
Thanks for providing good service at a good price! Sure, you can share my note on your web
site. Good service is getter harder to find these days, it's a real treat to have a friendly, no hassle transaction.

HI,
Just wanted to let you know.. that the worms arrived in PERFECT condition!! Well packed and handled with care.
They have found their new home with wet shredded paper the peat they were packaged with and lil compost waste ( just a little
ground up egg shell and coffee grounds).... That had been waiting for them 48 hours prior to their arrival....to be a very
happy fit for them. It's been over 24 hours now in their new home and they are already doing what worms to best!
If I ever need any more.... and I know others who are thinking of getting worms... I'll send my business
your way. Thank you for a very pleasant transaction, great communication and instructions. Amy McGrath. April 5,2008 Thank you so much. The Africans arrived just moments ago...and I must say that
I am VERY pleased! When you guys send out a pound of worms, you send out a full pound! (Or in this case, three pounds). All
are healthy and very active. Having such a broad range in maturity is a very good thing. Younguns to eat lots, larger ones
to breed - as I said, I'm very happy with the shipment. As I add beds and have need of more stock, rest assured that
you will be the first people I contact. As to a testimonial, you most certainly may use
my words. It is refreshing to be able to give glowing reports about good and helpful people nowadays, and I certainly
don't mind doing just that. With the help of folks like yourself, I really would like to make a small difference and
do a bit of good. I intend to keep my business with folks who have proven themselves, and
you certainly have done that. Larry Gault 1/08
